The Albergo Diffuso is a “horizontal” hotel, an accommodation project rooted in the territory and aimed at welcoming guests to the culture and community of the area. Albergo Diffuso is an offer of Italian accommodation, conceived in the 80s in Friuli and defined as an original form of accommodation in the 90s in Sardinia and other Italian regions.

This system is particularly suited to old villages that have historical centres of artistic and architectural interest. Through this formula, these areas can recuperate old buildings, once closed and unused, and make the most of them, while, at the same time, avoiding problems related to tourist reception and the construction of new buildings.
The albergo diffuso offers a series of "traditional"(e.g. reception and cleaning) as well as other "less conventional" services, such as the possibility of organizing excursions or taking part in events that will give you the opportunity of getting to know the area and the local population, which will give you hospitality.
